Applications
The KAPA NGS FFPE DNA QC Kit is a quantitative PCR (qPCR) system designed to assess the quality of FFPE DNA by comparing the amplification of a large amplicon (191 bp) and a small amplicon (66 bp). Each FFPE DNA sample should be processed with three technical replicates along with the QC PCR DNA Standard and water as NTC (no template control).
