Applications
KAPA NGS DNA Extraction kit reagents are intended for use with KAPA HyperPETE Somatic Tissue DNA workflow for extraction of DNA from FFPE samples. The process leads to extracted DNA for downstream QC and library preparation. The libraries prepared can then be used as input into the KAPA HyperPETE target environment process for detection of DNA mutations using catalog/custom panels.
