The KAPA Hybrid-Enhancer Reagent is designed to enhance the utility of the KAPA Target Enrichment Probes in non-human next-generation sequencing (NGS) studies. It increases the specificity of targeted hybridization when species-specific reagents such as Cot-1 DNA are not available.
This sequencing reagent allows the use of Roche’s KAPA Target Enrichment probes with non-human genomes.
